Rosstandart ordered modification of the website

On September 15, 2016 the Digital Design company announced participation in the project by the contractor on development and maintaining the official site of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation of Metrology (Rosstandart).

Project Tasks

Until the end of 2016 the contractor should execute the project on completion of functionality of the website and its integration with the electronic document management system (EDMS) of department.

The purpose of works - accomplishment of requirements of the Federal law by Rosstandart of 2/9/2009 No. 8-FZ "About ensuring access to information on activity of state bodies and local government authorities", Federal Law No. 210 of 7/27/2010. "About the organization of providing the public and municipal services", orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of 8/15/2003 No. 500 "About federal information fund of technical regulations and standards and the unified information system for technical regulation" and some other regulatory legal acts.

For completion of functionality and maintenance of operability of the official site of the customer, the contractor should perform the works aimed at the development of an Internet resource. In particular, to load the updated sets of open data with data on the budgeted expenses planned and the achieved results of use of budgetary appropriations, etc. by means of which users of the website can obtain up-to-date information about activity of department.

During the project the contractor is obliged to expand a search functionality of materials on the website: it will be executed on the different document formats (word, excel, pdf), additional criteria, a possibility of streamlining of results on different parameters will appear, in requests English, search in the section "Will be possible ask a question" in the form of the falling-down list according to the entered data.

Within the project specialists Digital Design will execute integration of EDMS of Rosstandart at the Russian Docsvision platform with the official site. It will allow to publish automatically orders, their details from EDMS (they will be displayed in the section Orders on the website), are grouped and available to search in different criteria. Integration will give the chance to responsibles of department to receive citizens' appeals from the website, and information on the status of their consideration and answers to them will automatically come to personal accounts of users.

For increase in level of knowledge of visitors of the website, the homepage of a resource will be supplemented with information on work of department, data on structure of Rosstandart are updated, other pages are refreshed.
