"The safe republic" put Bezopasnaya respublika agrarian and industrial Complex into operation

On September 15, 2016 the Rostelecom company announced completion of works in the Safe Republic project in the territory of Kabardino-Balkar Republic.

Project Tasks

In 2015 Rostelecom and subordinated organization of the State Committee of KBR on transport and communication of GKU "Safe Republic" signed the public contract on development and commissioning of a hardware-software complex Safe Republic in the territory of Kabardino-Balkaria^[1].

Project Progress

Within the project the regional operating company put into operation:

• 198 complexes of automatic video surveillance in the territory of social and state objects,
• 76 complexes of automatic photovideo fixing of traffic offenses on highways (traffic regulations),
• 15 DWH (storage system),
• 14 complexes of automatic service "Citizen police" for the organization of direct link, the citizens identified in places of mass accumulations, points of an emergency communication with services of police,
• 3 complexes UCCD (uniform conference circuit on duty) with services of reaction "01", "02", "03" in the cities Nalchik Baksan Tyrnyauz.

"The safe republic" is the major project for our region, much attention from the government of the republic is paid to it. Implementation of HSC will help law enforcement agencies to reduce the number of offenses on roads and to raise the security level of our citizens. Project Results

Cameras of outside video surveillance, points of an emergency communication "citizen police" and cameras of photovideo fixing of violations of traffic regulations enter a circuit of HSC. In addition to increased security and decrease in number of road accident, system implementation "The safe city" will help to expand capacity of a street road network due to minimization of number of transport jams and traffic jams, to automate process of detection of vehicles in search. The agrarian and industrial complex is integrated with base of search of vehicles, all information arriving from video cameras is processed in real time.

For September 15, 2016 photovideo fixing complexes on highways of the republic reveal exceeding of the set motion speed and fix journey on an inhibit signal of the traffic light.
