The city administration of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk replaced EDMS

On September 19, 2016 the company Business Logic announced implementation and start in operation EDMS "Logic of EDMS" by request Administrations of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Took part in the project the company "Crillon Service" and community Alfresco.

Project Tasks

The EDMS on the IBM Notes/Domino platform implemented in the city administration of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in 2011 is taken out of service. Reasons: high cost of annual maintenance and additional licenses, limited possibilities of development and scaling of a system.

Operation of a system began in September, 2016. EDMS is expected work of 1.5 thousand users. In it about 15 thousand internal documents a month, without entering, outgoing and others are processed.

For September 19, 2016 the implementation cost of the functionality of EDMS similar to a former system, rose in the amount equal to the budget of annual technical support of a former system. According to the statement of the company integrator, system maintenance on Open Source platform will cost administrations of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk cheaper, and additional jobs in a system will be organized free of charge.
