On September 21, 2016 the Victoria company announced start of the loyalty program using the Smart Checkout system developed by OPEN Retail company.
Within the loyalty program of Victoria the Smart Checkout system solves a key problem – informing buyers on the personalized offers of retail chain stores by means of full-color coupons which form and issued to clients at the checkout at the time of purchase commission.
The full-color format and visualization of the offer in total with the address address to the buyer shows more high efficiency in comparison with traditional types of communications. The Smart Checkout system allows retail chain stores and its suppliers to solve marketing problems of separate brands and commodity categories and also allows to carry out segmentation of buyers on different by criteria and to work with necessary target audience.
