In Zodiac Interactive the project management system on Microsoft Project Online is automated

The Conteq company began with summer of 2016 the project on automation of process of management of projects and resources based on Microsoft Project Online in Zodiac Interactive company.

Zodiac Interactive annually implements a large number of large, difficult projects for different customers in domestic and foreign market, duration from several weeks to one year. With respect thereto every day the staff of the company processes the large volume of the regular operational work connected with participation of staff of the company both in one, and in several projects at the same time. For this reason the tool was necessary for the management of Zodiac Interactive for effective management of own projects and resources. In particular, it was necessary to provide control over accomplishment of tasks and their contractors.
