Content

On September 22, 2016 the 1C: Franchisee Center company announced automation of activity of Sies Physician Volga Region company by means of product introduction "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Tasks

The guide of the customer set the task of increase in profit without expanding staff. Achievement of this purpose required improving competitiveness of the enterprise and increase in sales volumes. The company needed an information system for systematization of management information, providing with it, timely data acquisition from territorially remote divisions, gain of control over services and customer service, the organization of work with clients at all stages of interaction with them.

For the solution of assigned tasks "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8" selected. The 1C: Franchisee Center company became the partner in implementation [1].

Project Results

  • According to the results of the project a system integrated work of five offices of the customer in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Sales representatives had an opportunity from the PDA, far off to reserve goods in a warehouse and to make out customer orders.
  • According to the statement of customer company sales volumes grew by 25%. Management of the goods delivery to buyers is optimized, by 1.5 times delivery dates were reduced. Timely accomplishment of service works on service of the equipment is provided. The customer loyalty raised.
  • Work of sales representatives is automated.
  • Management of the goods delivery is optimized. On the basis of data on the location of customer organization, available vehicles and conditions of transportation a system itself selects an optimal route and carrier.
  • A system automatically calculates the volume of trade inventories available in a warehouse. When the remaining balance of goods decreases to the set minimum, the staff of purchasing department receives the notification on need to fill up stocks.
  • Control of existence of spare parts is increased. It allows to plan evenly loading of the service center and to avoid violation of terms of customer service because of its overload or the shortage of spare parts.
  • In a system the managerial activities reports "Sies Physician Volga Region" quickly form.
  • Accounting work became simpler. Probability of emergence of the errors connected with a human factor, loss of information or inaccuracies by its transfer between divisions is excluded. Time of formation of the regulated reporting was cut by half.

Achievement of target indicators of development became key effect of implementation of programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system for our company, namely: sales volumes increased by 25% and indicators of "dump"' decreased by 30%. We could create a strong basis for further development of the company in the market due to creation of strong partnership with clients and suppliers. Opportunities for this purpose opened thanks to tools which the system of 1C gives.
