Sercons implemented BPM Business Process Management Suite

On September 27, 2016 the CMD-Soft company announced implementation of ELMA BPM in Sercons certification body.

Certification and examination of industrial security of Sercons (2016)

The project provided complex automation of activity and efficiency evaluation over one thousand employees of the leading Russian company Sercons in the field of certification and examination of industrial security.

During the project the ELMA BPM software product in full is implemented: ELMA ECM+ for the organization of processes of document flow, ELMA CRM+ for customer interaction, ELMA Projects + for support of project activity and ELMA KPI, strategic planning, management by objectives, the system of indicators and motivation of personnel connecting in a uniform circuit.
