TicketNet is an automated system of reservation and sale of tickets.
A system is adapted for needs of the cultural events and organizations servicing under tickets and subscriptions.
Since 2002 TicketNet became the full-fledged automated system of resource planning covering the processes connected with funding, reservation and sale of tickets, marketing and management of the enterprise.
The system of modular type and in the minimum complete set is provided by jobs of the administrator and cashier. The workplace of the administrator is configured on accomplishment of functions of the head of sales, the accountant, the warehouse worker, excursion bureau.
The product is provided by two versions of the automated TicketNet series booking gating systems:
- TicketNet-M (automation of the museums and other cultural institutions)
- TicketNet-S (automation of stadiums, ice arenas, sports and concert complexes).

Composition of TicketNet-S and its functionality are similar to TicketNet-M.
2016: PassportReader SDK integration
On September 26, 2016 the ABBYY company announced use of technology of automatic recognition of passport data in cash software of TicketNet of Infotech company.
Using ABBYY PassportReader SDK as a part of software allows to process passport details for several seconds that reduces time of sale of tickets and subscriptions by the passport in cash desks of stadiums. The solution helps to observe compliance to law N 329-FZ adopted on July 3, 2016 according to which all organizers of sporting events are obliged to identify visitors according to the identity certificate.
ABBYY PassportReader SDK which is built in the systems of Infotech company helps to process intra civil passports of Russia and the CIS countries, foreign passports of any countries. ABBYY PassportReader SDK is compatible to all standard scanners.
When scanning information from passports is automatically transferred to the database and can be used for formation of "black lists" or reconciliation with them that is required by the law "About Physical Culture and Sport in the Russian Federation".
