Approval of agreements 2.0 - the cloud applicaion for workflow automation.
On September 26, 2016 the ALV Group company announced release of the upgraded version of the cloud applicaion for workflow automation "The system of approval of agreements 2.0 for Microsoft Office 365".
"Approval of agreements 2.0" it is intended for process automation of approval of agreements by responsible persons and representation to employees of information on the course of these processes. Basic purpose of a system – acceleration and visualization of actions for approval of agreements. A system performs a task in two stages – at the first stage there is a creation of the request for approval of the agreement, on the second – the set process of approval of the agreement is executed.
Main objectives:
- creation of the request for approval of the agreement,
- creation and start of process of approval of each agreement,
- status monitoring of the request (on what step of approval it is),
- maintaining archive of requests.
This version is created as a result of processing of a system with support of the upgraded standards of Microsoft, considering experience and wishes of users.
Main systems capabilities:
- creation for each agreement of own route of approval.
- constant control of a status of process (current stage of approval; the person considering the request at this stage; final status of request).
- convenient and quick access to data, including - from mobile devices.
- archiving of information on the executed / outstanding / rejected requests.
- adaptation of the interface under style of the portal of the customer.
- possibility of differentiation of the rights to creation and viewing requests.
- multilingual capability (the ready interface in the Russian or English languages, creation of the version with the interface in any other language is possible).
- uniform base of reference books of partners and roles.
- the operational notification of responsible persons about need to approve the agreement.
- implementation in the Microsoft SharePoint Add-in format allows to avoid need for updating of a system when updating SharePoint Online by Microsoft company.
Requirements
For work with a system all staff of the company sending to requests for approval of agreements and the staff of the company participating in approval process should have the activated subscription to Microsoft Office 365 (at least - a subscription for Microsoft SharePoint Online) and Internet access.
Role model
Roles are provided in a system:
- system administrator;
- author of the request for approval of the agreement;
- participant of approval of the agreement.
The system administrator – responsible for installation and system operation, an institution of roles and appointments to these roles of real persons.
The author of the request for approval - the user having the right to send the agreement for approval.
The participant of approval – the user authorized to consider the agreement and having the right to reject it or to approve.
A system is offered in two versions - standard and professional. The standard version allows execution of basic functions of approval of agreements and is provided free of charge at a subscription to Office 365.
In the professional version additional functions join (for example, access isolation), it is offered separately.
