"Results of a retro of testing of industrial scoring of NBKI bureau showed high efficiency on segmentation of borrowers at all stages of credit process. For example, at a stage of consideration of credit requests we fix a possibility of increase for 3% of approvals for clients with the low level of risk, at simultaneous preserving of level of identification of borrowers with unacceptably high risk. At the same time we note simplicity of integration and use of scoring of bureau that positively affects all economy of credit process. Earlier the Bank used scoring of FICO 2.0 which also proved in the best way. But results of testing of FICO 3.0 exceeded our expectations. We see that FICO 3.0 perfectly is suitable for risks assessment in a segment. Thus, innovations, on our expectations, will lead to improvement of speed and service quality of our responsible and fair clients".

"In connection with change of the model in retail lending consisting in transition of creditors from high "appetite to risk" to its significant decrease also the behavior of the Russian borrowers changes. The industrial model of scoring of NBKI bureau constructed on the greatest possible historical data set of NBKI in Russia fixes these changes, and allows creditors to improve risks assessment for achievement of steady and profitable portfolio growth".

"The FICO 3 model includes the forecast characteristics based on assessment of hundreds of data types from tens of millions of credit bills given to NBKI. Also It should be noted that FICO 3.0 included factors which reflect the new patterns revealed in credit behavior of the Russian borrowers. Moreover, for the purpose of increase in long-term stability of model we used not one, but a set of historical cuts of data".
