Automation of car accounting of shipments of coal and management of settlement (AS "Car accounting")

For accomplishment of an assigned task it was required to implement an automated system which will allow to estimate benefit from each client on the basis of operational accounting of really performed sales and also conditions of their rendering, will allow to enter classification of clients by shipment volume, dynamics of payments, etc. The inspection with assistance of specialists of Businessresheniye Group formulated the image of a system differing in the following key characteristics:

• To each client the personal account showing a status of settlement in real time should be opened.
• Write-off from the personal account should happen step by step taking into account each shipped consignment.
• Shipment of coal and its delivery should be written off separately.
• The personal account should consider terms of the contract with the client, including credit lines and other preferences.

As a result of implementation of an automated system "Car accounting" the Management of the enterprise had an opportunity to control settlement of the enterprise with each buyer and to manage purposefully receivables indicators. For each buyer own personal account which status is updated in real time is opened.

Features of the implemented system:

• Program and information complex of an automated system is implemented on 1C: Enterprise platform.
• A system is completely centralized. All information is processed and stored in the uniform information base managed by IT service of parent organization.
• Access of the regional companies to a system will be organized using remote access.
• The key normative reference information is kept by representatives of management company.

The general duration of lifecycle of creation of AS was 9 months.

As a result of implementation more than 50 automated jobs are created. Afterwards their quantity grew to 100.
