Expert: Salary and personnel management in non-credit financial institutions

Product "Expert: Salary and personnel management in non-credit financial institutions" it is intended for implementation of standard methodology of accounting in the non-credit financial institutions (NCFI) according to Provisions of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation: "Industry standard of accounting of employee benefits by non-credit financial institutions" (utv. Bank of Russia 9/4/2015 N 489-P); "Industry standard of accounting of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets by non-credit financial institutions" (utv. Bank of Russia 9/4/2015 N 490-P); "The industry standard of accounting of reserves – estimated liabilities and contingent obligations by non-credit financial institutions" (utv. Bank of Russia 12/3/2015 N 508-P).

Features and program capabilities:

• The unified plan of accounts for NFO is implemented, accounts of analytical accounting can be opened as directly in a system, and to be imported from external systems;
• When opening analytical accounts the section of analytics on which information gathers on accounts of analytical accounting is configured;
• For expensive accounts the possibility of consolidation in groups of the amounts on separate charges is implemented;
• If account is kept not since the beginning of year, opening balances on accounts for correct formation of postings and adjustments are entered;
• Daily reflection of salary in accounting; postings can be created manually and automatically according to the schedule;
• Formation of postings on charge of a holiday at the expense of the amounts of estimated liabilities or in advance;
• Formation of postings on adjustment and offset of advance payments;
• Calculation of obligations in a month: estimated liabilities taking into account a remaining balance of holidays and average earnings are calculated and also insurance premiums at the settlement rates are assessed;
• Formation of postings on salary transfer, taxes, insurance premiums;
• Reports: The turnover balance sheet, an account Card, the Code in a day, Estimated liabilities;
• Unloading of postings in the external accounting systems for any time frame; a possibility of control of unloading by each wiring of the document.

Configuration "Expert: Salary and personnel management in non-credit financial institutions" is not independent, it is necessary to have the set standard configuration "Salary and Personnel Management", edition 3 based on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work (not below version 8.3.8.1652). The product expands possibilities of a standard configuration, at the same time, allowing to use all standard systems capabilities.
