Efficiency evaluation of AS Order management for JSC 75arsenal is executed

Businessresheniye Group carries out efficiency evaluation of earlier implemented automated system Order management of JSC 75arsenal. The implemented automated system is intended for comprehensive planning and operating control of execution of repair orders and service maintenance of military equipment within GOZ. The project is implemented according to the agreement signed as a result of an open competition. Data on purchase are available on the platform zakupki.gov.ru.

During efficiency evaluation of work of AS it was established that:

At the enterprise full operation of AS regarding execution of the plan of ensuring production is made by materials and purchased ZIP:

• Process of filling of AS is debugged by new materials and ZIP.
• Giving of requests in technical department for adding of materials and ZIP assorted is performed.
• The technical department executes processing of these requests: accepts, or rejects them with indication of reasons for rejection.

Full operation of AS regarding the plan of providing with material resources and purchased ZIP is performed:

• Employees perform submission of requests for providing with material resources in OMTO.
• Chiefs of production divisions timely approve these requests.
• Employees perform submission of requests for providing with material resources in Apprx. Chiefs of production divisions do not approve these requests.

Also operation of AS regarding formation of the execution plan of orders, accomplishment of repair and filling of the order is conducted.

2016

At the end of November, 2016 implementation projects of AS in JSC 60 arsenal and JSC 75arsenal according to earlier signed contracts started. Both contracts are signed based on open competitions, data on purchases are available on the platform zakupki.gov.ru.

The project implemented within the agreement with JSC 75arsenal provides creation of an automated system Order management. A system is intended for planning and control of execution of repair orders and service maintenance of the equipment and assumes creation not less than 100 automated jobs.

On September 29, 2016 Businessresheniye Group announced creation of an automated system Order management for JSC 75arsenal (Serpukhov).

The automated system is intended for comprehensive planning and operating control of execution of repair orders and service maintenance of military equipment within GOZ.

All services involved performed by and coordination of primary activity of the enterprise including production divisions and mobile teams, services of supply, planning, management of finance, technology and legal services became users of AS.

Within the project about 100 automated jobs are created.
