Tegrus will provide all employees of the Ministry of Communications with My MyOffice products

October 13, 2016 Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Russia summed up the results of an electronic auction for the purchase of office licenses software for a period of 12 months. The relevant information is published on the portal of state procurements^[1]

Tegrus will supply Russian office software for the Ministry of Communications

Only one bid from Tegrus was submitted for auction. It was found to be in accordance with the requirements of the documentation. As a result, the contract will be concluded with the sole participant in the purchase.

According to the terms of purchase, the state customer will receive the Russian software "MyOffice Professional." It is allowed to deliver the equivalent included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs. However, there are no similar products in the registry as of October 2016.

The initial contract value was 2 million rubles. For this amount, the Ministry of Communications planned to ensure the operation of office applications at 326 workplaces. The average price of software for one workplace is 6,138 rubles. In total, the department had 304 employees at the end of the first half of 2016, and staffing was 93.5%.

The application package should include solutions for working with text and tabular documents, presentations, mail, calendar and contacts.

The text editor should be able to create, open, make changes, save documents with extensions docx, odt, xodt, as well as doc and rtf documents.

The spreadsheet editor should support creating, opening, making changes, and saving documents with xlsx, ods, xods extensions. An additional condition is the ability to open xls documents.

The presentation viewer must support pptx and ptx formats. Mail application - Include the ability to work with the calendar and contacts. In addition, mail clients must be available as desktop and mobile versions (Android 4.2 and higher, Apple IOS 8.x and higher).

All software shall provide offline operation. Supported operating systems include 32-bit and 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7 and older systems, as well as Astra Linux 1.4 and older systems.
