Implementation of functional unit "Special assessment of working conditions and employee assessment in the field of labor protection" (further Alfa-WPA) based on solutions of Alfa-HRMS in JSC GOZ brought the plant to qualitatively new level of accounting in the field of labor protection.

Alfa-WPA allows to solve problems of management of jobs, planning and accounting of results as the operating APM1, and new SOUT2; accounting of employees on jobs, accounting of the actual finding of workers in special conditions and also managements of compensations for work in harmful conditions and formations of the analytical reporting.

The customer managed to pass a full path from inspection, setup and training of employees before filling of a system retrospective data on certifications of jobs and special estimates of working conditions.

The payroll system which is already existing at the enterprise based on Alfa-HRMS together with Alfa-WPA with ease allowed to bring to full automation connected with SOUT of accounting of a preferential experience, calculation of insurance premiums and reporting.

In three months through joint efforts of Informkontakt Company Ltd, JSC GOZ and SZRTs of VKO Concern Almaz-Antey LLC succeeded to come to accounting in the system of data more than about 2.5 thousand jobs, 1.3 thousand new results of SOUT, to lead the principles of the organization of jobs to uniform approach and to anticipate possible errors.

For example, the obligatory choice of a workplace at the employee's device for work, his translation and/or change of compulsory provisions of the employment contract allowed to automate accounting of privileges and compensations during the work in special working conditions and also to avoid situations when the employee of NE is assigned to a workplace or the workplace "does not exist".

Thanks to capability of Alfa-WPA to consider results as still the operating automated workplaces, and new results of SOUT, it was succeeded to apply different approaches to calculation of additional insurance premiums for provision of pensions. And a working condition of workers to reduce the procedure of formation of data on classes to several minutes.
