Academy of work, social relations and tourism (Ukraine) (Lang Service: Docs.UA)

The LAN SERVIS company signed at the end of 2015 with "Academy of work, social relations and tourism" and also "The Nikolaev national university of V.O. Sukhomlinsky" the agreement on free installation of the Ukrainian electronic document management system of national scale DOCS.UA. It will help to increase "managerial literacy" and to improve the organization of educational process.

"LAN SERVIS" are carried out the second year by the social project on improvement of quality of education. In its framework it is offered to domestic higher education institutions (schools, Institutes of advanced training, preschool institutions) to improve or install the modern workflow system. The similar project was already implemented at "The East European university of economy and management" and the National space university "Kharkiv Aviation Institute".

The project includes three stages:

• Installation of the DOCS.UA system for accounting in higher education institution and optimization of the organization of educational process.
• Carrying out training courses: "A course of the user of the DOCS.UA system" and "Administration of the DOCS.UA system" for advanced training of staff of educational institution.
• Updating of the training program of school and university students, receiving for them new practical experience. A predegree and work practice invitation of the best students in "LAN SERVIS" for participation in real projects.

"LAN SERVIS" will provide to educational institutions the System of the version of Standard which includes:

1. Server license of a system.

2. Client license "Basic Modules".

3. Client license Office.

4. Client license "Management of Meetings".

5. Client license "Interaction Management with Clients".

6. Client license "Contract management".
