"LADA Image" implemented WMS

On September 29, 2016 the Infor company announced implementation of WMS in a warehouse of LADA Image company. As a technology platform the packet of Infor Supply Chain Execution is used. Integrator LT of Menezhdment company.

In 2012 before the company there was a task - to set the WMS solution, quickly scalable, adaptirtsemy to changes of requirements in processing of goods.

"LADA Image" selected the warehouse management system Infor WMS. As integrator attracted LT Management company.

Project Progress

The solution was implemented on a warehouse complex in Togliatti, then unrolled on platforms in Yekaterinburg and Tver. Deployment of objects was executed by the staff of IT service of LADA Image company, using regular methods of a system, with the minimum involvement of third-party consultants.

Project Results

The solution Infor WMS helped to create transparent, flexible mechanisms of an inventory control, to automate the reporting and to accelerate order processing. The WMS system helped to automate processes of a complete set and selection of a standard size of a container. "LADA Image" provided fillability of containers at the level of 84–87%. The error at a cell-by-cell inventory control decreased to 0.00016%.

The solution Infor WMS is distinguished by the developed basic functionality of a system, transparent system algorithms and flexible parametrization of the existing algorithms. Integration of the WMS solution helped us to solve a number of important strategic problems, such as commissioning of a new object, providing dealer network with high rates of QSA and development of network of regional warehouses.
