A single front system (Black Box) is a set of solutions for banking sector organizations based on open technologies.
2016: Purpose of "Unified Front System"
According to information as of October 2016, the product helps to use big data technologies to create hypotheses. It evaluates customer behavior scenarios and, based on them, assumes which specific banking products may be of interest.
FarZoom formulated 70 hypotheses.
Example: if the client did not have balances on the account, and then they appeared, most likely he will take a deposit. If the client transfers money from his account in one bank to his account in another bank to pay off the overdraft, this overdraft can be offered to him.
More complex assumptions: Seven manufacturing plants work with one major player. Six of these businesses have revolving lending and one does not. We must offer him it.
Hypotheses based on statistics are possible. The program determines: if the client is in a certain region, belongs to an industry, the turnover on the account is such, and among the suppliers there are three selling some goods, then this client must use a certain bank product.
According to Andrei Leushev, the development is called "Unified Front System," or "Black Box."[1]
Connecting to the product costs ~ 15 million rubles.
