2017: Project Results
In July, 2017 the Transet company announced that it together with the functional customer — "A central station of communication" (Russian Railway branch) — developed a subsystem of "Daily planning and works monitoring of operational personnel" which is logical development of the "Module of management of the diagram of technology process" (GTP-2 of ESMA) operated in economy of communication.
The subsystem is designed to automate process of daily work planning on service of devices of telecommunication the forthcoming day.
Within the first stage of creation of a subsystem of daily planning for the operating divisions of "A central station of communication" the customer noted the following positive effects: canceling of manual preparation of daily plans; automation of process of formation of the list of planned activities for day on each employee of crew; automatic formation of the list of actually performed works per day on each employee of crew; introduction of indication of errors of planning; implementation of basic accounting of additional labor costs of personnel.
Users of a subsystem are: senior electricians (foremen of the Russian Virtual Library), employees of crews, employees of the centers of technology network management of communication. For the senior electricians the subsystem of daily planning became the flexible mechanism of work planning on crew the forthcoming day. In planning process the senior electrician configures a work route by manual sorting of separate works and the instruction in them necessary parameters. Further, taking into account the actual place of basing of crew, need of attraction of vehicles for delivery of employees to works location is defined. According to the results of execution of works in the performed daily plan the actual start time and the ends of execution of works is reflected.
The functionality of a subsystem of daily planning provides the following basic features: inclusion, canceling, postponement of works for the forthcoming day; attraction of transport; application of the approved regulations of time for work; control of compliance of the plan and fact of execution of works; complex accounting of labor costs of personnel.
Besides, the subsystem of daily planning allows to estimate visually production loading of employees for day, to optimize routes of movement of operational personnel and also to quickly reassign works in the absence of this or that employee.
2016
Start of the project
On October 3, 2016 the Transet company announced process automation of "Daily planning and control of works of operational personnel" in the Central station of communication - Russian Railway branch of JSC.
Project Tasks
The Transet company started development of a subsystem of "Daily planning and control of works of operational personnel" by request of the Central station of communication.
Using a subsystem of "Daily planning and control" it is necessary to automate process of daily work planning on service of objects of railway infrastructure and control of their accomplishment within operational divisions of digital communication network. The project is implemented on the platform of the product "Single System of Monitoring and Administration" of the company integrator.
Increase in efficiency of daily planning, reduction of a set-up time of plans and ensuring control over the planned works will become the main objective of a subsystem.
In a subsystem it is necessary to implement functionality:
- plan works per day
- appoint tasks to crew, to the worker
- control compliance of the plan and the fact of execution of works
- reveal deviations from the set plan
- see production loading of personnel
- analyze work with the help of reports online
Chiefs of a production site, the senior electricians and employees of crews will become the main users of a system.
The efficiency from implementation of a subsystem of "Daily planning and control" seems in reducing costs of transportation costs, risk minimizations of non-execution of assigned tasks, an exception of errors in planning already now. Besides the subsystem will allow to optimize routes of movement of operational personnel, to quickly find replacement in the absence of the worker, to reduce the general time of planning.
The subsystem of "Daily planning and control" will function within the operating monitoring system of technology processes on communication networks of "ESMA". Information on execution of works and location of employees will be available on mobile devices.
It is expected that the subsystem of "Daily planning and control" will help to increase efficiency of operational services and to guarantee responsibility of each employee for execution of assigned tasks.
