2018: Integration of the CRM solution with a personal account of DeltaCredit bank

On August 10, 2018 the CMD-Soft company integrated the CRM solution of SK "PARI" with a personal account of DeltaCredit bank.

According to information of the company, integration of a front office system of SK "PARI" of "AIS Mortgage" and a personal account DeltaCredit gives the chance to interact quickly with "the Uniform Agreement base of Insurance" of bank for provision of services of mortgage insurance. Integration covers all volume of interactions between bank and insurance company, including formation of necessary analytical reports.

Specialists CMD-Soft executed integration of the systems of SK "PARI" (system - "AIS Mortgage") and DeltaCredit ("A personal account for insurance companies"). The executed integration of systems allows users of SK "PARI" to use all functionality, available DeltaCredit in a personal account, within the interface of the corporate system "AIS Mortgage".

The integration solution gives the chance to specialists of insurance company to exchange documents with bank from the working system "AIS Mortgage". In addition to convenience of work, integration significantly increases efficiency of interaction with bank. The employee does not need to address in a personal account any more to trace the come requests – they are displayed in a system at once. Also from "AIS Mortgage" the employee can send answers and documents to bank. Information from bank on insurance premiums of clients and changes in agreements gets to the system of insurance company in real time. As a result of direct information exchange the response time is reduced and influence of a human factor decreases that objectively promotes increase in the signed agreements and customer service quality improvement.

Thanks to the fact that our company is a developer of a personal account DeltaCredit and CRM solutions for SK PARI the architecture of integration which is not allowing delays of information exchange between systems was developed. The developed software is executed in the form of a separate software module - the connector for connection of insurance company to a personal account of bank.

2016: Creation of the CRM solution

On October 4, 2016 the CMD-Soft company announced creation of the CRM solution on the order of SK "PARI".

Project Progress

We began work with our partner CMD-Soft company with automation of the product "Mortgage insurance" as most difficult and uncommon process of insurance. In a system all data on the insurer, an insured object, the insured connected persons, beneficiaries (both final, and planned) and information on the loan agreement are fixed. In sales process of an insurance product a system calculates payment schedules under the loan agreement and also all required inspections are carried out. In case of positive calculation result and the consent of the insurer there is an automatic transfer of the insurance policy in the accounting system, and the original of the insurance policy is printed from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM interface.


It should be noted that all historical information on clients and their transactions was structured and transferred to the database of the CRM system that allowed to get rid of duplicates and to make Single interface for work of specialists of the company on customer service. "Single window" simplifies and accelerates processes of information exchange of managers with clients and in addition gives ample opportunities of cross-sellings.

The CRM system system helped to automate a full stroke of work with clients:

  • primary appeal of the client to insurance company,
  • preliminary calculation on the product interesting the client,
  • underwriting,
  • formation of a set of documents for printing and signing by their insurer.

Determination of the channel of involvement of the client and support of insurance contracts is implemented:

  • prolongation,
  • termination,
  • change of conditions,
  • accounting of payments including currency,
  • settlement of losses,
  • the mechanism of marketing customer notifications on different channels of informing, such birthdays, actions, reminders on payments, etc.

Implementation of corporate solution on the basis of the CRM system allowed to bring process of customer service to new, qualitative level that SK "PARI" is one of the priority purposes in the development strategy ". Besides that a new system allows to systematize all available information on work with clients, management of the company was received in the order by such important tool as the operational reporting. I will bring as an example, operation of completely automated block of Commission fee which does mailing of agency reports to partners quarterly, informing them on the added remunerations.

Within project implementation for the notification of clients e-mails in the information and marketing purposes implemented the solution "Mailing lists" developed by specialists CMD-Soft for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In plans of further development of the solution there is a connection of regional branches of the company and also integration with information systems of banks.

Project Results

The front office system of insurance company is created on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and provides functionality of "one window", providing to employees the complete information about customer interaction and the history of transactions. Implementation of the CRM solution directionally on improvement of processes of customer service of SK "PARI".

Processing more than ten types of insurance is supported by the CRM solution. In this row: "Property insurance", "All-inclusive mortgage insurance with a covering of risks", Life, Title, Property, "Financial risks insurance of the creditor/creditor", "Civil responsibility insurance of the builder", etc.
