CXOAO Belorechensk completed integration of e-document flow and ERP service

On October 6, 2016 the Galaktika corporation announced project completion of integration of the module of electronic document management of Edi.Kontur into a corporate information system of the Belorechenskoye enterprise. Contractor of the project Galaktika Angara company.

Project Tasks

The project - a part of the program of development of the enterprise begun in 2002. It began system implementation of management "Galaktika ERP".

Electronic document management will allow Belorechensky to establish operational cooperation with retail chain stores "OK" and Slat, timely to receive data on existence of products, to reduce non-productive costs.

Project Results

On most agricultural enterprises there are separate programs, separate sections are automated, and foreign analogs do not consider all features of the Russian specifics. In the company difficult document flow — at us is more than 2 thousand partners, about 400 thousand of outgoing and more than 50 thousand entering delivery notes a year. It was critical to replace information exchange and documents on paper carriers with the standardized electronic document management. Thanks to integration of Edi.Kontur into "Galaktika ERP" we reduced the volume of manual entry and duplication of information, having optimized work with documents.
