Microsoft Dynamics POS 2012

Microsoft Dynamics POS 2012 is a management system for the cash equipment (POS terminals) for Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Properties of a system

• Dedicated components of the POS terminal are integrated into Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Full-function work without communication with the central system. Data are synchronized at recovery of communication channels.
• The configured role user interface, depending on the user, the terminal, a size/type / territorial location of shop, etc.
• Functionality of the POS terminal includes management of payments, management of returns, the loyalty program, management of the nomenclature, management of the user's rights, etc.

Each POS terminal working in the company has own profile of the interface, a functional profile, a profile of the rights, etc. It helps to change automatically functional filling of all POS terminals with the same profile, to configure functionality of POS terminals depending on a format of shop, territorial specifics and features of regional network.

Using development tools it is possible to change practically any functional element of a window, adding the functions necessary to execution on the POS terminal. It allows to create from it the full-fledged client to the central ERP system, obtaining necessary up-to-date information in one place or to organize a full-fledged work without communication with the central office.

In basic functionality more than 70 business processes are configured. The openness of a system helps to add necessary business processes.
