Stellar (Gendalf: Scan Archive)

On October 11, 2016 the Gendalf company announced implementation of the Scan Archive program for maintaining ordered electronic archive directly in 1C at plant of a toy Stellar.

"Scan Archive" will recognize key details or barcodes, and then attaches these copies to 1C:Enterprise 8 base. During check the necessary document package can be unloaded from base via the Export button, having set parameters (the name, a type, date or other). It is necessary to print it or to send in electronic form.

Earlier at the enterprise all process of preparation for tax audit happened to manual assembly of documents from archive, copying and assurance. Because accounting of Stellar company got instant access to documentation, labor costs were considerably reduced by preparation for tax audits. An opportunity to trace whether everything documents returned from partners or employees became additional benefit of the program (and were entered to archive). Risks of the late charges of providing documents and for providing incorrect data were reduced to a minimum.

"Today documents for 2015 are transferred to an electronic form, within 3 months we are going to enter documents of 2014 to base. But we already feel how the Scan Archive program helps us with work. If on collecting before all papers left about a week, then now we prepare for check in 3-4 hours.
