Automation of data collection for the analysis of the current purchasing activity in JSC United Shipbuilding Corporation

In the project progress works are performed:

• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
• Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
• Integration into third-party automation systems
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
• Individual training at office of the customer

Are automated:

• Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management
• Purchase planning

2017: OSK will create own competence center on products 1C

On June 01, 2017 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum the United Shipbuilding Corporation joint-stock company and 1C Company signed the agreement on cooperation in information technology fields and uses of the software of 1C Company within corporate, industry, target and other projects and actions of Corporation, OSK group subsidiaries and affiliates.

One of the most important directions of development of Corporation - increase in system effectiveness of management of holding. To the solution of this task of JSC OSK decided to attract to partnership of the Russian producer of enterprise management systems - 1C Company.

It should be noted that a number of subsidiaries and affiliates of JSC OSK and their divisions uses different solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for support of the business processes now. Projects on their implementation allowed specialists of 1C company and its partners to accumulate necessary industry experience and examination. The successful solutions and managerial practicians developed as a result of accomplishment of these projects are used when developing of the centralized OSK Group corporate information systems based on the software of 1C Company: single system of treasury, system of budget management, automated system of the Resource center, systems of the General service center. The important role at decision-making was played also that existence of an extensive network of the qualified partners of 1C allows to expect effective deployment and support of a system in country scales.

The choice of the Russian developer of enterprise management systems is the IT important element of strategy of JSC OSK considering the principles of import substitution of the software. "One of the priority tasks facing JSC OSK - quality assurance and the terms of creation of marine facilities corresponding to world level. Active use of the mechanism of sanctions by the countries of Europe and America demands from us acceptance of additional measures for prevention of the corresponding risks. Therefore we consider important partnership with Russian the producer of enterprise management systems, use of the Russian software and Russian the best managerial the practician", ‑ the President of OSK emphasized

The agreement assumes development and implementation of the program of projects in three main directions:

• development of concepts, determination of the priority directions and functional areas for automation of activity of Corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates of Corporation;
• development of road maps and programs of development in information technology field and automation of activity of Corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates;
• development and replication of the centralized, sample, corporate and other information systems based on the software of 1C Company providing process automation of activity of Corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates.

For program implementation of projects within JSC OSK creation of own competence center on products of 1C is planned. 1C Company has experience of partnership in the field of creation of management systems for the enterprises with the large Russian companies. The quality of architectural and project concepts will be controlled by experts of 1C Company within the program of designer's service which already proved when maintaining similar large-scale projects. Also start of joint pilot projects is planned.
