"The center of a monitoring system of fishery and communication" activated the program gateway of intersystem interaction

On October 10, 2016 announced Globus-Telecom development of the gateway by request of the Center of a monitoring system of fishery and communication.

Project Results

Globus-Telecom developed the program gateway of intersystem interaction allowing to transfer in the automatic mode relevant data on positions and ship traffic by request of Federal State Budgetary Institution Centra of a monitoring system of fishery and communication.

Using the gateway of data on positions, speed and courses of ship traffic will be quickly transferred from the End-to-end integrated information system "The Sea — the River" (KIIS "Sea") to the Industry monitoring system of water biological resources, observation and control of activity of harvesting vessels (OSM).

Action with participation of TsSMS, (2016)

KIIS "Sea" contain the data obtained using the automatic identification system (AIS). The AIS is intended for increasing the level of security of navigation, efficiency of navigation. An automatic identification system provides accomplishment of the following functions:

• warning of collisions in the judgment vessel mode,
• obtaining by competent coast guards information on the vessel and load.
• monitoring and tracking courts,
• transactions of search and rescue.

The program gateway will help to obtain quickly data of the AIS from KIIS "Sea" and to load them into OSM. Due to relevance and the accuracy of data on positions of courts the increased control of their trade activity will be provided.
