In JSC House-building Plant No. 1 the unified information system of management of implementation of assets on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform (Axapta) is created in 2010. The project is executed by OMEGA PLUS company. In a project deliverable obtaining the management reporting for the management is accelerated. Use of Microsoft Dynamics AX allowed to create the unified information system providing transparency of accounting of assets in general on Plant, on group, in the separate directions, increase in efficiency and customer service quality at all stages of the transaction.

The project is caused by need to accelerate obtaining the management reporting taking into account industry specifics of DSK-1 as investment and construction holding of a full stroke. It was important to consider that several legal entities participate in implementation process of assets, and asset realization quite often begins long before his commissioning. To reduce time for preparation and obtaining the reporting for the management of DSK-1, the OMEGA PLUS company developed and implemented based on Microsoft Dynamics AX special functionality "The working screen of the head", "The movement of objects on group", "The working screen of the sales manager".

"The working screen of the head" allows to receive online reports on assets, their current status, cost, plans of acquisition, diagrams of implementation, dynamics of implementation, receipt of payments, available to implementation, on agreements, receivables, etc., including using treelike analytics (the investment project, the body, the floor, section, etc.). It is possible to receive quickly additional analytical reports with necessary detailing.

The functionality "The movement of assets on group" allowed to accelerate obtaining the management reporting about assets on group. Using a user-friendly interface with the system of the Statuses, it is possible to enter operations on the movement of assets in group and to receive the reporting on their status under group.

Accelerate customer service, exclude risk of double sales and risk of loss of potential buyers because of a lack of timely information the functionality "The working screen of the sales manager" allowed. Users in central office of DSK-1 and in divisions work with uniform base of the assets which are on implementation. Each manager in real time sees what assets are free for sale. For increase in convenience the actual management accounting is kept in a single system with accounting. It exempts from routine work on preparation, check and the analysis of the reporting, excludes double entry and data loss.

At the first address of the client the manager can provide it information on existence of premises with the necessary characteristics at once, offer several suitable options at choice, inform on their location and a current status. It is possible to reserve for the client and "Vesti" the asset which is at a construction stage, – in this case accounting of the movement and a status of assets is conducted on the basis of the movement of agreements. In case of the conclusion of the transaction it is possible to issue and print quickly the agreement and also all set of documents, stipulated by the legislation and internal standards of the company.
