Maxim Prazdnikov graduated from faculty of applied economy of the Dnipropetrovsk national university, then — Interregional Academy of business management.
2005-2007
Maxim Prazdnikov began to work in Logitech in 2005. He stood at the origins of business of the company in Ukraine. Less than in one year it built distribution and retail sales channels, and in 2007 Prazdnikov headed educated then full-fledged representative office of Logitech in the country.
2016: Closing of the Ukrainian office Logitech
On October 12, 2016 it became known of closing of the Ukrainian representative office of Logitech. The Asbis company will deliver products to the country.
Its head Maxim Prazdnikov on told that Logitech contracted office in Ukraine to the page on social network Facebook.

In comments on the record he added that in the Ukrainian market Asbis will be engaged in distribution of products of Logitech. The company confirmed this information on the website:
We inform you that the Asbis company becomes the distributor of Logitech company in Ukraine and Moldova and also in a number of the CIS countries, on all product categories available to these markets. |
What became specific the reason of closing of the Ukrainian representative office of Logitech, is not reported.
The Ukrainian division of Logitech began work in 2007. For all the time of existence of this office it was headed by Maxim Prazdnikov. In 2009 the office was transferred to an area of responsibility of Russia and the CIS within the anti-recessionary policy of the company.[1]
