"VNIIKR" automated document flow using the ELMA system

On October 14, 2016 the Metaproc company announced system implementation of ELMA in the All-Russian center of a quarantine of plants.

Project Progress

During a system implementation project the partner of ELMA the Metaproc company provided training of specialists of the center in work with IT solution.

Training in work with an electronic document management system in Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIKR (2016)

At the first stage of workflow automation of Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIKR business processes of the movement of internal documents were worked and automated. Setup of routes of the movement of documents – lists of the approving persons, places of registration, attributes of cards of documents and other parameters – was executed in close cooperation of specialists in implementation of ELMA with experts of the VNIIKR center. During an implementation project of ELMA for the staff of the division performing acceptance, sending and document registration training in work with a system was provided. Specialists of the center could get acquainted with the IT tool, look how document flow processes, exchange of tasks and messages are implemented.

Development Plans

Within the next stages of workflow automation in Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIKR are planned:

• Automation of routes of the movement of the entering and outgoing documentation.
• Setup of stream scanning of incoming documents with a binding to a registration and control card.
• Creation of the user instructions in a system along the created routes of the movement of documents.
• Consultation of administrators and analysts of a system – the staff of the center.
