Solution "1C:Enterprise 8. GIS Management of space data" (earlier "1C:GIS Management of space data. The module for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2") is intended for cartographic visualization of objects from the accounting systems.

On January 23, 2020 the 1C company together with the partner Centrprogrammsistem made the decision to change positioning of the solution "1C:GIS Management of space data. The module for 1C:ERP and 1C:" and to release KA2 it in the form of an original configuration in this connection change of the name on "1C:Enterprise 8 is made. GIS Management of space data".

As noted in 1C, food prices remain. Carrying out any replacements is not required to users and partners who purchased the products of the line which are released earlier "1C:GIS Management of space data", products are considered as identical. Electronic deliveries of a product "1C:Enterprise 8 are also available. GIS Management of space data" which extend on electronic communication channels that allows to reduce delivery date of a product to the end user from the moment of order placement.

  • exploration and production of natural resources: what sections in development who does it, what license fees, proximity to roads, the locality;
  • environmental protection: from emissions before different measurements and accidents;
  • cultivation of crops: a crop rotation in the region, use of the earth, harvesting, chemical composition of soils, etc.;
  • forest fund and logging: where and what wood on structure, who prepares it where violations;
  • repairs and maintenance of the equipment, for example, counters in budget organizations;
  • complex security of the enterprise, including, dangerous objects in the region;
  • inventory and accounting of burials.

"1C:Enterprise 8. GIS Management of space data" includes the following functional subsystems:

  • Management of space data;
  • Cartographic visualization;
  • Analysis of space infrastructure;
  • Management of the cadastral land plots.

The subsystem provides creation, collecting, updating and systematization of space data, in particular:

Management of space data

The subsystem contains the reference books intended for storage of the object list of the card and Layers of the card with indication of their characteristics, such as: name, type of geometry, coordinate and circuits of objects and also setup of cartographic visualization of these objects. Users are given an opportunity to set compliance of Layers of the card to reference books of the main configuration and also compliance of Subjects of the map - to elements of these reference books.

The configuration supports work with three types of layers and subjects of the map:

  • vulgar;
  • linear;
  • point.

On cards it is possible to display any accounting items of an accounting and analytical system of the enterprise if these objects have a space binding, for example, can be such objects: divisions, workshops, technology equipment, communications, partners, business regions, points of interest of business, venue of actions and other objects.

Cartographic visualization

The subsystem is intended for visualization on the card of space data of the enterprise and provides:

  • visualization of infrastructure facilities of the enterprise: divisions, workshops, technology equipment, communications and other objects;
  • work with a set of geoinformation layers and cartographic substrates;
  • connection of external layers on to the protocol WMS (Web Map Service);
  • loading of layers of their files of the KML format;
  • formation of the thematic cards displaying measure values of activity of the enterprise;
  • visualization of a layer of cadastral division of Rosreestr.

For convenience of work of users the primary window of a subsystem is separated into two work areas:

  • panel management (panel of objects);
  • card window.

The tab of Geoobjekta allows to make actions with subjects of the map:

  • display on the card or delete an object or an object group from the card;
  • run for object search;
  • edit details, coordinates and circuits of objects.

The Card Layers tab is intended for work with cartographic layers and substrates.

Directly "the card window" serves for display of cartographic information and allows to work with the cartographic image.

The tools developed in a configuration allow:

  • select the necessary section of the card;
  • perform scaling;
  • obtain information on objects on the card;
  • browse a layer legend;
  • measure distance;
  • measure the area and perimeter of vulgar objects;
  • make the visual analysis of a relative positioning of objects.

The Blind tool allows to browse card layers in the mode of smooth imposing.

For receiving up-to-date information about a geographical environment of objects, the subsystem provides connection of external cartographic layers under the WMS protocol (Web Map Service) and also loading of vector layers from files of the KML format.

Perhaps direct interaction with public servers of geodata, for example, Rosreestr or Satellite images that allows to use public cartographic substrates and to connect external layers of the card, such as layer of Rosreestr.

Connection of a layer of Rosreestr gives the chance to browse cadastral division directly in a configuration, to get access to services of Rosreestr, to perform direct jump from subject of the map on the public portal of Rosreestr.

The subsystem allows to display current meanings of indicators of activity of the enterprise by formation of thematic layers for the set date, it gives the chance more effectively to control activity of the enterprise, to timely reveal critical measure values, to make the analysis of the hidden factors influencing business processes.

Analysis of space infrastructure

The subsystem is intended for work with a set of production, managerial, financial, economic and other indicators of the enterprise and allows:

  • Manage the system of the indicators tied to space objects;
  • Carry out the analysis of indicators by space objects using thematic cards.

Collecting of measure values is performed by means of documents of "Waters of measure values on an object" and "Input of measure values on an object group" in which any indicators for creation of thematic cards are brought.

The subsystem contains the reference book "Indicators" intended for maintaining the list of indicators with indication of their characteristics, such as: the name, value type, the list of layers of the card for which this indicator is registered.

The reference book also contains the settings of a legend of the thematic card allowing to set control and critical measure values, to make setup of flowers and signatures for display of measure values on the thematic card.

Setup of a legend can be made separately for different layers of the card.

Management of the cadastral land plots

The subsystem is intended for accounting of the cadastral land plots of the enterprise and also for work with data of Rosreestr.

Basic functions of a subsystem:

  • database maintenance of the cadastral land plots of the enterprise with indication of such characteristics of section as: section circuit, cadastral number, cadastral cost, category of lands, type of use, type of the right, owner and other characteristics of section;
  • data loading about the land plots from cadastral statements and cadastral passports in an exchange format of Rosreestr;
  • connection of the Federal layer of Rosreestr for display by means of a configuration of cartographic visualization and access to services of Rosreestr.

The subsystem provides database maintenance of the cadastral land plots of the enterprise.

The list of the land plots of the enterprise contains in the reference book "Cadastral Land Plots". The reference book contains the detail "Accounting item" intended for installation of compliance of the cadastral land plot to an element of the reference book of the main configuration.

The document "Cadastral Documents" is intended for introduction of data on the land plots. The document allows to enter data of the land plots and their coordinate in the manual mode and also to load them from cadastral statements and cadastral passports in the XML format.

Translation options of coordinates of objects from cadastral in a universal projection contain in the reference book "Translation Options in WGS-84".

Circuits of the land plots are visualized in the form of a separate layer, means of a subsystem "Cartographic visualization".

The GIS Management of space data configuration is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.

2017: Release of the solution "1C:GIS Management of space data. The module for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2"

In May, 2017 (the information letter of N22982 of 5/3/2017) 1C Company together with Centrprogrammsistem Development center issued the solution "1C:GIS Management of space data. The module for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2", developed based on the modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8.3". The solution is intended for cartographic visualization of objects from the accounting systems.

Digitalization of business promotes that even more often owners of business and heads of the enterprises, organizations or organizations, including, bodies of the public and local administration, for information analysis prefer to use instead of "traditional" reports in the form of tables or printed forms more modern tools, for example, visualization and space and geographical display of these or those data on the card: the evident picture of activity provided on the card by the selected indicators, allows to estimate "one look" current situation, reduces time for data analysis and helps to increase efficiency of acceptance of management decisions.

Product "Module 1S:GIS. Management of space data for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2" is intended for cartographic visualization of the objects considered by the main configuration (1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 or 1C: Integrated Automation 2), displays on the card of the different production, economic, managerial indicators defined for these objects. The module allows to work with layers of cards and to place different geoobjects on layers: the enterprises, divisions, infrastructure facilities tied to the corresponding objects of metadata of the main configuration. The module gives an opportunity to collect, to store and visualize on the card different indicators for geoobjects, to make the visual analysis of indicators using thematic cards in different cuts for the different time periods.

For work with a configuration "Module 1S:GIS. Management of space data for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2" is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform (not below version 8.3.7). Use of a configuration "Module 1S:GIS. Management of space data for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2" is possible only at integration into the solutions containing the ERP Enterprise management 2 or Complex Automation 2 configuration.

Configuration "Module 1S:GIS. Management of space data for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2" is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library 8.3.
