"Fund of the Russian Economy" (FRE) is consolidation of representatives of business, entrepreneurs of the first value, experts in different areas who together create a long-term contribution to well-being of nation. The foundation was set up in 2012 with assistance of the Russian entrepreneur Oskar Hartmann (the founder of KupiVIP). Primary activity of FRE is directed to selection of talented students who will be able to take part in the leader program and grant tender. The new stage in development of FRE came in 2015 when joined support of the project Fishermen of Funds.
