Grandstream UCM 61xx

Grandstream UCM 61xx is a line of hybrid _r-automatic telephone exchanges for the enterprises of small and medium business (SMB).

The UCM 61xx series is provided by four models having 2, 4, 8 and 16 FXO ports (the analog interface of telephone exchanges).

As a part of a set of the UCM61xx IP PBX the power supply on 220 V, a patch cord, a support, USB port, the slot for the SD card.

For example, the UCM 6102 IP PBX is equipped with two ports FXO for connection of external trunk lines. Subscribers are connected to automatic telephone exchange by means of a LAN, when using automatic telephone exchange as the router – by means of VPN connection. As subscriber devices IP phone or the PC with the set SIP client, the telephone headset can be used.

The telephone set is connected by regular connectors and a patch cord in a LAN so that need of installation of additional sockets is excluded. In automatic telephone exchange there are two FXS ports for the fax or the analog telephone set.

Administration of automatic telephone exchange

Tuning of automatic telephone exchange is performed by means of the vebb-interface.

The automatic telephone exchange of UCM 61xx has a possibility of switching to a case of power failure and at power outage the analog line from provider is used - the signal switches directly from FXO ports to FXS ports and touch is not lost.

IVR

In functionality of automatic telephone exchange IVR - the interactive voice menu works.

Call recording

The automatic telephone exchange maintains technical capability of a call recording. Record can be stored in modules of the internal memory or on the SD card. Installation of automatic recording of all talk is possible. The partitioned mode of powers is provided: the director can listen to records of all talk, employees – only the. The write mode of a conversation can be activated by clicking of the button.

Backup/recovery

Regular backup is executed on the SD card, the USB USB stick, on the server. Storage of backup copies of messages of voice mail and e-mail is possible.

Readdressing of calls

There is a function of conditional and unconditional transfer.

Voice mail

In the UCM 61xx IP PBX the functionality of voice mail works. Software of management allows to determine tuning properties for subscribers: password of access to a voice box, localization.

Answering machine

The answering machine can be configured by means of the IVR function. There are settings of personal answering machines when the incoming call goes to voice mail. In the first case, these messages can remain on UCM, and in another - by means of the Voice mail to e-mail function, i.e. when receiving an incoming message in office, the subscriber will receive the message in the form of the enclosed PDF file.

Conference communication

In the systems of automatic telephone exchange of UCM 61xx the functionality of conference communication is maintained. There is a conference bridge prior to three conferences at the same time and up to 20 participants in each of them.

Fax

Connection of the analog fax is possible through FXS port. It is possible to connect "to e-mail fax", i.e. at an incoming message a system will transform it to an electronic form of the file of the PDF or zip format and will send this fax to the address specified in settings.

There is a possibility of sending outgoing faxes. Function will be efficient if at the addressee the fax is configured.
