Filby is a monitoring system of social networks and media.
On October 19, 2016 the MFI Soft company announced start of a monitoring system of media and social media – "Filby".
"Filby" is the tool for reputation management on the Internet and studying of public opinion. The web service regularly looks for references of a brand, a product, the competitor, an event or the person and creates evident reports. Service - the intellectual operational assistant for search of responses and questions of clients, the analysis of promotion of goods, services and advertizing campaigns.
In search of references of an object of interest, service sifts thousands of sources — from social networks prior to thematic forums and electronic media. Sorting texts on key requests, a system analyzes contents and defines tonality of texts, groups publications in subject of contents, integrates duplicates of references and also hides not relevant information and spam.
For October, 2016 "Filby" keeps more than 4 thousand often visited Russian-speaking Internet resources in focus, carries out analytics of social networks: VKontakte, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LiveJournal, video hostings, blogs and forums, analysis of federal and regional media and aggregators of responses. The scope of sources increases due to regular connection of resources, relevant for users.
Developers of service paid attention to the linguistic analyzer, its mechanism is capable to reveal the emotional relation to objects of references, relying on comparison and comparison of different entities of the text. Multidimensional data are provided in the analytical section of service so that it was convenient, clear and available to the user.
