On October 11, 2016 the Asteros Ukraine company announced the project of upgrade of contact center for PJSC Sberbank on the platform of Cisco technologies.
Project Results
Asteros Ukraine completed the project on creation of contact center for PJSC Sberbank in 2015.
According to assigned tasks, the project team unrolled architecture of contact center based on the solution Cisco UCCE. A basic component of the project - bilateral integration of contact center of Cisco UCCE with the customer's CRM system that helped to start call processing on the basis of CRM customer segmentation and provided additional opportunities in customer service of a well-founded social group and small business. By means of the hardware and software system Cisco SIP Dialer external telemarketing campaigns are executed, and automatically, and with participation of agents and managers of departments. The created customized reports in the environment of Cisco CUIC allow to trace key indicators of work of contact center in real time.
PJSC Sberbank set for us the ambitious task – to achieve the maximum level of convenience and efficiency at customer interaction through contact center. Having extensive experience of use of advanced technologies of Cisco for upgrade and creation from scratch of the intellectualized call centers through the whole country, we updated technology base and started a number of new business processes in Ukrainian Sberbank.
