Development center perform a software maintenance of RedHat JBoss Middleware, RedHat Enterprise Linux, the MS SQL Server, balancers of loading, system monitoring and so forth.

Situation

In pursuance of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "About personal data" the Raiffeisen Life insurance company transferred the POS system to the DPC which is located in the territory of the Russian Federation. A system is implemented based on the Red Hat JBoss Middleware platform. The contractor for the indication of maintenance services of test and industrial infrastructure RedHat JBoss and RedHat Enterprise Linux with required SLA was required.

Solution

Aplana company. Development center unrolled all necessary industrial and test infrastructure of JBoss and RedHat Enterprise Linux on virtual servers of the customer and renders services of its maintenance. For the purposes of monitoring the solution Red Hat JBoss Operation Network is used, within it it is performed:

• мониторинг ОС (windows, linux), Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform и JBoss Enterprise Web Server,
• collecting of statistics on performance (at all OS and software levels),
• tracking of availability of systems (status of disks, status of the Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform and JBoss Enterprise Web Server servers),
• tracking of magazines of work for rapid response to the arisen errors.

System engineers of Aplana company. Development center perform a software maintenance of RedHat JBoss Middleware, RedHat Enterprise Linux, the MS SQL Server, balancers of loading, system monitoring and so forth. The most part of group of system engineers are the certified specialists of Red Hat Certified JBoss Administrator.
