On October 24, 2016 the Transtelecom company announced providing State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company Saratov of Internet access with a speed of 30 Mbps for ensuring telecasting, including on the Internet, and transfers of video records.

Within the agreement Transtelecom expands cooperation with the State broadcasting company "Saratov" which continues more than three years. A TTK will also continue to provide regional State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company the channel of Internet access with a speed of 50 Mbps and telephone services.
