On October 20, 2016 EGAR Technology announced project completion of implementation of the credit pipeline for physical persons and legal entities on the EGAR E4 Banking platform in one of subsidiary companies of social investment partnership FINCA Microfinance Holding Company, LLC., namely in "FINN" of UKO in Armenia.
Project Tasks
Project objective - crediting process optimization the "FINN" who is turning on improvement of mechanisms of registration of credit requests and operating control behind process, increase in level of customer relationship management.
Project Results
The project on system implementation of EGAR E4 Banking allowed to resolve a problem of the decentralized transactions in branches, offered financial institution necessary management tools and monitoring of process of crediting and became the first FINN project of UKO in implementation of the credit pipeline with perspective of its expansion on other subsidiary companies FINCA Microfinance Holding Company worldwide.
