Station complex Adler began an implementation project of a system of face recognition

On October 27, 2016 the Vokord company announced an implementation project of a biometric system of face recognition of VOCORD FaceControl as the instrument of preventive reaction, search of the wanted persons and security at the railway station Adler.

Project Tasks

The railway station Adler – one of large passenger terminals of Russia. The station accepts from three to five thousand passengers per hour in the normal mode of operation and up to twenty thousand - in days of the maximum loads. On inputs to the building of the railway station of Adler, exits from platforms and transitions 15 boundaries where cameras with face recognition function, responses to emergency situations, joint in a single system, are mounted are equipped.

The project is executed together with the partner of Vokord company ISTA Systems company. Commissioning is planned in the second quarter 2017.

Importance of the project is that the system of noncooperative face recognition VOCORD FaceControl is implemented on one of the most difficult and loaded objects of transport infrastructure in the country. At the same time, we propose to the customer completely ready-made solution which helps intelligence agencies to ensure preventive safety not of just large railway station, but the whole region. At the same time, for us it is the replicated product ready to installation in the airports, bus stations, the subways and on other strategic objects of the whole country.
