How to reduce costs, without having lost in product quality

Today it is difficult to find the company or the enterprise before which the problem of optimization and cost reduction, including costs for many office processes, such as expenses on document flow and printing is not necessary. All players of the market well understand these tasks of customers and propose different tools and solutions.

For example, producers of the printing equipment suggest customers to use special software to estimate expediency of volumes of printing and to control this process.
