The MIAC of the Kaluga region controls process of data protection in the medical organizations in real time

48 medical organizations of the Kaluga region became users of Alfadoc service under coaching of Medical information and analytical center of the Kaluga region which in real time obtains now up-to-date information about a compliance with regulatory requirements in subordinated organizations.

The MIAC of the Kaluga region the order of the regional Ministry of Health performs functions of control and methodological support when developing documentation on personal data protection in the medical organizations subordinated to the ministry. With respect thereto he set terms of formation and the approval of necessary documents for medical institutions. For a compliance with regulatory requirements in the field of data protection in the terms of 48 medical organizations of the region determined MIAC selected Alfadoc service.

Assistance in achievement of a task to the Kaluga medical organizations was rendered by technical support specialists of service who held for them a series of the training webinars in the order of carrying out audit of information systems, to work with service and the general questions of personal data protection. It allowed responsibles of organizations to collect independently necessary information and in the mode of periodic consultations with a support service of Alfadoc service to develop a necessary documentation kit at the scheduled time.

In MIAC system implementation was executed in the "turnkey" mode: specialists of KSB Kaluga company, the partner of Keysystems Security in the Kaluga region, conducted examination of information systems of the center, collected and entered data in Alfadoc service and formatted documentation according to requirements of the internal instruction for office-work. As a result employees MIAC got access to a profile with documentation, ready to a statement.

MIAC the possibility of control and process control of data protection in subordinated organizations became important result of application of Alfadoc service for. Thanks to automatic collecting of data from profiles of the medical organizations the MIAC sees an objective picture of a system status of protection both in separate organizations, and on all network. At the moment the curator obtains information about:

• readiness and relevance of documents,
• degrees of readiness of organizations for checks of Roskomnadzor, FSB of Russia, FSTEC of Russia,
• the operated software packages and information systems,
• the applied information security tools and validity of their certificates of conformity.
