The cloud solution of the round-the-clock dispatching and technical support offered by Oblakoteki's partner for "Automatic barriers" allowed to cut down equipment expenses by 55 times. It also considerably reduced risk of emergence of fault during the work of a barrier and increased a range of the services rendered by the company.

"Automatic barriers" addressed a cloud solution with the purpose to provide the round-the-clock automatic dispatching support and maintenance of barriers. Earlier operation and support of the equipment laid down on shoulders of clients — such approach caused a number of inconveniences and, besides, could lead to a barrier exit out of operation.

The service offered by Oblakoteki's partner, SP Zhitkov V. P. for the solution of these tasks, on start cost about 9 thousand rubles a month. The cost of the similar equipment in a hardware equivalent would be more than 500 thousand rubles. Now some services of "Automatic barriers" are unique, for example, the SMS notification or carrying out individual payments from users. As a result for the last year the company set 28 barriers using a cloud solution, and the number of her clients increased by 10 times and is more than 3 thousand. Besides, the solution helped to display management of parkings in a cloud and also to ensure functioning of remote office (call center and video monitoring).

The proposed solution works in hybrid IT infrastructure: at Oblakoteki's capacities and the customer's equipment. Servers enter its cloud part: AD, video surveillances, access control, communication, web applications, 1C, the program gateway based on RouterOS and a monitoring system from Mikrotik.

The idea of creation by the deleted dispatching office based on a microcomputer of Raspberry Pi which would perform communication and managed remote opening of a barrier, appeared in 2015. Competition on development of such solution which one of partners of Oblakoteki — IP Zhitkov V. P. won was announced.
