Mindcore completed the project of automation Seven Refractories in Russia

On October 31, 2016 the Mindcore company announced completion of automation based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 of the Russian representative office Seven Refractories.

Project Progress

The project passed in two stages going in parallel each other: deployment of the accounting system and its integration with 1C.

Business processes of head office of the company in Slovenia are constructed in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system therefore it was selected for a basis. However despite successful experience of replication of a system for the European representations, in a case with the Russian office it was necessary to consider local features: serious differences of domestic accounting from international standards, regular changes in accounting and tax accounting, work with import products, customs in Russia.

Project scope of Mindcore included automation of accounting, finance division, management accounting, purchasing department, logistics and distribution.

Integration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 with 1C demanded transfer of large volume of data. The version of add-on of the solution XML-DEM released by Mindcore in 2016 was for this purpose used. As a result of completion of an algorithm the speed of export import of data increased several times. Thus, documentation on sales, purchases, the customs duties and payments, expense reports was transmitted through XML-DEM for short term.
