On November 1, 2016 Rostelecom announced purchase at New cloud technologies company of licenses of the software of "MyOffice" for the total amount of 284.56 million rubles[1].
Under the terms of the agreement of the license should be transferred within three calendar days from signature date of the agreement. By separate orders this term can be increased up to 15 days. The agreement is signed until December 31, 2017.
Within delivery the customer will receive annual subscriptions to the products "MyOffice Standard", "MyOffice Mail", "MyOffice Storage", "MyOffice Private Cloud", "MyOffice Professional", "MyOffice Text", "MyOffice Table", "MyOffice Presentation" and also licenses for these solutions with the updating right during 1 year.
Besides, in the list of delivery products for commercial and state customers are differentiated, and the maximum number of users for some licenses is up to 300, for others – from 300.
For New cloud technologies the transaction with Rostelecom as of November 2, 2016 is the largest for all history of existence of the company.
The MyOffice developer within the agreement also undertake to provide to Rostelecom technical support services within which the round-the-clock acceptance of addresses should be provided. At the same time, the response time on the address should make no more than 12 working hours from the moment of its registration.
As TAdviser reported the source familiar with terms of transaction, products of the line of "MyOffice" are bought by Rostelecom for further resale to clients.

Earlier Rostelecom already signed the agreement with capital Department of information technologies on migration of "A single mail system of the Government of Moscow" from the Microsoft Exchange Server platform on a mail service of "MyOffice". As expected, this project in the long term will affect about 600 thousand users.
