Eterno implemented a production management system

On November 1, 2016 The First BIT IT company announced completion of automation of the joint project of Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant and RUSNANO – Eterno LLC.

Project Progress

Top management of Eterno was faced by a task to adjust management from scratch large enterprise in a short time.

It was necessary to construct a management system and accounting on all main activities: implement a management system for manufacturing enterprise, completely ready to work, automate personnel, accounting and tax accounting, to integrate the accounting system with the PDM and MES systems used at the enterprise.

Experts of First BIT proposed Eterno LLC the complete solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" which covers all guidance loops and types of accounting. The software solution allowed to ensure effective and smooth functioning of all divisions of the enterprise, having connected them in a single network and having simplified interaction between divisions.

Project Results

Within the project at the enterprise rules of accounting were formalized and structured that allowed to reduce as much as possible terms of introduction of an accounting system to work. Specialists of First BIT developed the accounting methodology at the enterprise containing instructions on accounting on all basic accounting functions. The methodology allows the staff of the enterprise to get as fast as possible into gear and from the first day effectively to carry out the tasks.

A system allowed HR department and department of work and the salary to adjust accounting of employees, calculation and charge of money payments, accounting of sick leave notes and holidays in the shortest possible time.

Specialists of First BIT also developed interfaces of double-sided interaction: with the PDM system containing the normative reference information about structure of products and the production technology and with the MES system storing data on the executed production operations involved on their accomplishment employees and their labor costs. Integration of the software product with the PDM and MES systems helped to simplify data acquisition from their information bases and to increase efficiency of accounting.

Implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" allowed to automate work of financial service, accounting, service of supply chain management, department of preparation of production, service PDO, HR department, department of work and the salary of the Eterno plant. Within the project 110 jobs are automated.

In five months at the enterprise the system of comprehensive management accounting providing to plant's management a full range of tools for effective management of the enterprise and fast achievement of payback was adjusted.
