The ALV Group company announced in November, 2016 the document flow automation system on Microsoft Office 365 - Management of powers of attorney which is intended for control of validity periods of powers of attorney and relevance of powers of the signer, requires for the work only of Office 365 and offers following features:
- The accelerated creation of powers of attorney for a template.
- Approval of powers of attorney in electronic form and visual control of the course of process.
- Maintaining the register of relevant powers of attorney storing electronic copies of powers of attorney.
- Reduction of time for search of the power of attorney.
- Control of the term of the expiration of powers of attorney.
