2017: "Cinimex" integrated Personal account into a billing system of "the Joint Credit Bureau"

The Cinimex company announced on July 20, 2017 development and integration into a billing system of "Joint Credit Bureau" (JCB) of the Personal account web application intended for information display about payment and the closing documents.

In 2017 cooperation with "Joint Credit Bureau" (JCB) continued. The Cinimex company developed and integrated the Personal account web application into a billing system of experimental design bureau. It is intended for information display about the payment and closing documents of clients which can obtain up-to-date information about the rendered services online using a personal account now. When developing Personal account within the general project for development of a billing system integration on import of payment documents and the relevant reference book on clients from the system of 1C was implemented.

Specialists of "Cinimex" executed a full range of project works, including selection of the platform, study of architecture, the analysis and formalization of requirements to a system, implementation, internal testing, participation in integration and business testing for experimental design bureau territories and also support of trial operation.

Work progress

As specified in "Cinimex", system development Personal account was performed based on JAX-WS and Agular technologies. Within the project specialists of the company executed a full range of works, including selection of the platform, study of architecture, the analysis and formalization of requirements to a system, implementation, internal testing, participation in integration and business testing for experimental design bureau territories and also support of trial operation.

Project Results

"Personal account" is created for convenience of clients of experimental design bureau who can obtain up-to-date information about the rendered services online using a personal account now. When developing Personal account within the general project for development of a billing system integration on import of payment documents and the relevant reference book on clients from the system of 1C was implemented.

The billing system, including new functionality, allows to optimize work of accounting and to formalize business processes of approval of data with client managers, having reduced risks of errors in calculations of data.

"For our company it was interesting to execute not just successfully the project on development and deployment of a billing system of monthly generation of accounts and acts for clients of experimental design bureau which was implemented on the basis of platform open source, but also to expand its functionality, having added Personal account and having integrated it with 1C" — Alexey Davydov, the manager with key clients of Cinimex company emphasized.

2016: "The joint credit bureau" completed automation of preparation of client reports

On October 31, 2016 the Cinimex company announced automation of preparation of accounts and acts to clients of the Joint Credit Bureau. Joint Credit Bureau Ltd the company "Cinimex" developed the automated Billing system of monthly generation of accounts and acts to clients designed to optimize work of accounting and to formalize business processes of approval of data with client managers for the new client and the partner, having minimized, thus, risks of errors in calculations of data. System implementation allowed to solve also a problem of unification of tariff policy of Joint Credit Bureau. For the purpose of informing clients of Bureau and providing an opportunity to them far off to browse up-to-date information according to the payment documents specialists of Cinimex developed the Web application Personal account and the integration adapter for import of payment documents from the system of 1C and the relevant reference book on clients.

Project Tasks

The volume of document flow of the Joint Credit Bureau increased, processes of control and approval of documents became more difficult what caused need of carrying out optimization of work of accounting regarding monthly preparation of accounts and acts for clients, debugging and formalization of business processes of approval of the calculated data with managers for risk minimization of errors in calculations.

One more purpose of the implemented project - unification of tariff policy of the Joint Credit Bureau. According to the results of the tender, the contractor for execution of works from the project selects Cinimex company.

Project Progress

The project team of "Cinimex" and Joint Credit Bureau Ltd carried out analytical work on formation of detailing of business and functional requirements to the developed system and approval of the most difficult functional modules of demonstration of their prototypes.

Specialists of the contractor picked up the platform, worked architecture, the analysis and formalization of requirements to a system, held internal testing, participated in integration and business testing for Bureau territories, gave support during experienced and production operation.

The main complexity during creation of a system was made by development of the designer of rates. "Our specialists implemented the flexible mechanism of loading and the analysis of files with data on the services provided to clients and also a tariffing algorithm according to tariff policy. This algorithm was designed with a possibility of further expansion using technology of business rules of DROOLS. Considering complexity of data and algorithms, for carrying out trial operation and acceptance in the test mode calculations more than in five months were carried out.

The first phase of the project on creation and implementation of the main functionality of a billing system of the Joint Credit Bureau implemented by us in cooperation with Cinimex company is successfully complete, and now the solution is already brought into commercial operation. We are happy with preliminary results of the implementation which allowed to cut a set-up time of accounts and acts by half.
