Announced MTS in November, 2016 the organization of a separate satellite channel for providing with communication and the mobile Internet of miners in the territory of gold deposits of César Arctic company on the lake. For the organization of communication on the field MTS unrolled a ground station of satellite communication and with its help organized a satellite channel for providing with communication and the Internet more than 300 shift workers working at the field. This point became the most northern point of service of MTS in Russia.
