Telesens: T-Roaming (T-R)

The T-Roaming (T-R) system is intended for support of activity of the telecom operator at information exchange about the provided roaming services and settlement with partners in roaming.

Appointment

A system provides accomplishment of the technology processes which are responsible for implementation of the standard procedures of transfer and return of accounting information determined by GSM Association: TAR (Transfer Account Procedure) and RAP (Return Account Procedure).

The T-R system is intended for:

processings of TAP-IN of files with formation of information for the system of subscriber billing on the cost of services of roaming for subscribers; formations of TAP-OUT of files with information on the rated services of roaming and NRTRDE of files for sending to partners in roaming; analysis and processing of RAP files; supports of settlement with partners in roaming.

Functionality

A system provides accomplishment of the following basic functions: Maintaining reference books and these agreements

Maintaining the reference information about partner roaming Maintaining agreements with partners in roaming Maintaining data on the signed agreements and interoperator rates Maintaining currency rates of IMF

Processing of the entering TAP-IN of files

Automatic loading and processing of the entering TAP-IN of files Control of completeness and correctness of TAP-IN of files Calculation of cost of services of roaming for subscribers taking into account discounts and currency rates Automatic formation of files about roaming services and their transfer to the system of subscriber billing of the operator

Formation of output files

Automatic loading and data processing of the connections relating to roaming of visitors and their tariffing Automatic formation of TAP-OUT of files for sending to partners Automatic formation and sending files on NRTRDE technology Analysis and processing of RAP files

Support of settlement with partners in roaming

Processing of exclusive situations and indefinite credentials Formation of accounts; formation of accounts and reports, execution of operations on export and import of data, etc.) Check of correctness of the received accounts Settlement of disagreements with partners in roaming Ensuring interaction with external information systems (import/export of data) Report generation about the received/provided services of roaming

The T-R system can be integrated with external information systems of the Customer.
