Croc completed the engineering and restoration project for Arbitration court of the Smolensk region

The CROC company completed in the fall of 2016 the project on reconstruction and restoration of the building recognized an object of cultural heritage of federal importance.

The CROC company not only equipped the building of an engineering component, but also carried out partial restoration of an object. The building of regional Arbitration court in which the Smolensk hotel was located earlier needed under repair and restorations. Specialists of CROC were faced by a task: equip an object modern engineering and IT systems, having saved at the same time unique architectural appearance of old Smolensk.

The engineering circuit of the building is united in a uniform information communication network which allows to manage quickly the equipment and the systems of all building. In total 13 automated engineering systems which allowed to make Arbitration court open and available to subjects of business activity, and work of his employees – effective and comfortable were implemented.

Within construction works specialists of CROC performed gain of the bases and bearing walls, repaired facades, replaced overlappings and a roof. Besides, the central hall and a front staircase were restored and also decorative furniture of the building is recovered.

After the end of construction and restoration works specialists of CROC made installation and a commissioning of the engineering systems: fire safety, water supply, power supply and complex of the low-current systems. The new engineering circuit of the building is united in a uniform information communication network which allows to manage quickly the IT equipment and the engineering systems of all building.

In order that the parties of process could be involved in consideration of the case far off (this right is affirmed by the law) the platform for a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) is created.

For security of the office of court and visitors the systems of security video surveillance are installed: 160 cameras monitor internal and outside premises. They help security service to record the events which are taking place in the building and to control its perimeter. Records from all video cameras are stored on the server a progressive tense that allows to address a historical record, to browse and analyze material in week or even month.

Comfortable work of employees and maintenance of optimal temperature condition within a year are provided by ventilation systems, heating and conditioning. For safety of people warning systems and managements of evacuation are in case of fire installed, and automatic installation of gas fire extinguishing will begin liquidation of the centers of ignition even before arrival of city services.
