Automated Module of Management of Works (AMMW)

The AMUR web application which is specially developed NVBS for simplification of work of service engineers on service of Subscribers of Telecom operators passed state registration of century in November, 2016 Rospatent. The application is available on all types of the PC and mobile devices on platforms iOS Android Windows.

Thanks to integration with the systems of the Telecom operator and own systems NVBS, CUPID provide to service engineers of the company and their heads all necessary information on the request (about the client, about communication hubs and the equipment) and also helps to manage devices of network, without attracting engineering service and Call center. All this provides high accuracy when working by field employees and also reduces labor costs on all hierarchy levels of business processes.

Monitoring panel the CUPID allows the head to appoint contractors to requests, to control process of execution of works, to reveal key problems and quickly to react to them. It, in turn, promotes qualitative and timely satisfaction of needs of the Subscriber.
