Invest-Nedvizhimost automated real estate administration

On November 8, 2016 the Invest-Nedvizhimost LLC company announced control automation by the real estate.

Project Goals and Objectives

Earlier in the companies of work connected with charge of the rent and control of payments were conducted in spreadsheets. Such approach complicated efficiency of receiving and data recording, required unfairly a lot of time for input of primary documentation and also did not allow to receive the unrolled management reporting with detailed analytics. Besides, the quantity of the errors connected with manual entry of data was unacceptably high. For the purpose of increase in effective management of the company the decision on implementation of an information system based on a product "was made by 1C: Lease and real estate administration", developed by Elias company.

Project Progress

In the course of work the following tasks were solved:

• Maintaining register of a real estate;
• Accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and characteristics of the signed agreements;
• Package formation and printing of documents on settlement with tenants (acts, invoices);
• Accounting of settlement with tenants by additional the analyst: period, object of lease, service in the agreement;
• Automation of charge of the permanent and variable rent;
• Formation of the management reporting for effective management of lease of department;
• A possibility of setup of own printed forms of agreements and the applications to them in the MS Word format on the basis of templates connected from external files;
• Preserving of historical data due to converting of data of the previous system in the module "1C: Lease and real estate administration".

• Contract management of lease and calculations for lease;

• Customer relationship management (CRM);
• Settlement with buyers;

System implementation based on a product "1C: Lease and real estate administration" provided company management quality improvement, reliability of storage, structuredness and efficiency of data acquisition. The quantity of the errors connected with actions of users significantly decreased, time expenditure was reduced by drawing of accounts and acts on lease, the possibility of operational formation of the management reporting appeared.
